Dr. Gurinderjit Singh is the first dermatosurgeon of North India who started hair transplantation way back in 1988. It was the time when he established the Department of Dermato-venereology and Hair Transplantation at Mohandai Oswal Hospital Ludhiana. He has presented many papers on this ‘hair-raising' surgery in various National as well as International Conferences. He started ‘follicular transplant' technique in 1998.

Dr. Gurinderjit Singh is a renowned dermatologist and hair transplant surgeon with an illustrious career spanning decades. As a life member of the American Society for Dermatologic Surgery, Dr. Gurinderjit Singh has been at the forefront of dermatological advancements and has contributed significantly to the field.

He was among the first to master the technique of follicular unit extraction (FUE), also known as single hair transplantation, which offers a completely natural look. This latest technique is particularly favored among the elite class for its seamless results.

His expertise is widely recognized, and he has presented guest lectures on this modern technique at prestigious conferences such as the National Conference of Cutaneous Surgeons at P.G.I Chandigarh, the Annual Conference of the Cosmetological Society of India in Mumbai, and the Regional Conference of Rajasthan in Kota. His presentations have been met with great applause and admiration.

In addition to his contributions to hair transplantation, Dr. Gurinderjit Singh has authored the book "Naroi Chamdi" in Punjabi, which has received widespread acclaim.
